Yes — always. Sunny Cleans is owner-operated, which means Jeff does every clean personally. You won't open the door to someone different each fortnight.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. Everything is brought by Jeff. If you have specific products you'd prefer used in your home — just let him know.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Most clients aren't. Access arrangements are confirmed before the first visit — whether that's a key safe, a spare key, or meeting you there. Once it's set up, it runs smoothly.
What if I need to skip or reschedule?
Just send a message with as much notice as you can and we'll sort it out. Reliability goes both ways.
How long does a clean take?
It depends on the size of your home and how often we visit. The first clean typically takes longer — it sets the baseline. Regular fortnightly cleans on a maintained home are noticeably more efficient.
